Off-road parking is available behind the villa gates, accommodating several cars. Entry to the villa is via the front door across the pool terrace on the right. Inside the hall, straight ahead are the stairs, while an arch on the left leads to the lounge and dining area where a cloakroom is located. The lounge and dining area open onto terraces and the pool, offering spectacular sea views.
The kitchen is accessed through the arch on the left and includes a utility room. From the entrance hall, to the right, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Downstairs from the hall is a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, with patio access on the far side and steps leading up to the pool terrace. Upstairs, there are three twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom, all offering lovely sea views. The outdoor areas are laid to terraces and gravel, with olive trees and inset plants surrounding the heated infinity pool. The pool terrace includes a BBQ house, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining.
The villa is within downhill walking distance to both El Portet Beach and the main hub of Moraira Village, passing by the marina. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This property was everything we wanted and more. The villa is very spacious and well equipped with high quality equipment. The housekeeper of the villa are on hand if necessary to help to organise your stay including airport arrival and departure transport. A free welcome pack is available on our arrival. The property is about a 15 minute walk to the beach but there are plenty of cafes and bars to stop on route and it is a beautiful place. The pool was one of the first I have been in that was not cold and there are plenty of sunloungers as well as shaded areas. I would recommend this to anyone there is no downside to the villa.

Perfect Family Holiday
There were 10 of us in total - this included 4 children and 6 adults. every-one loved it. nice big pool and deep enough for the adults too. The pool and table tennis tables were a great addition, especially for the kids when they needed a little bit of shade. The outside BBQ got used a lot. Beautiful sandy beach within walking distance with plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream! nearby supermarket & cash and carry. It was a great location. I would definitely go back.
