The villa features a private, heated infinity pool with an adjoining sunbathing terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the sea views and a refreshing drink. The porch leads up via 15 steps to the front door and into a spacious entrance hall. An arch straight ahead opens into the lounge and dining area, with patio doors that lead out onto a covered terrace. From the far side of the lounge, a door opens into the kitchen with an adjoining utility room. To the right of the entrance hall, a family shower room is located first, followed by a double bedroom with corner windows overlooking the pool and the sea.
Stairs lead up to a galleried landing. On the left is a twin bedroom, and opposite is another twin bedroom with sea views. Continuing along the landing, there is a family bathroom and another twin bedroom with sea views and direct access to a shared open terrace, also accessible from the landing. At the far end of the landing is a twin bedroom with sea views and an en suite bathroom.
The heated infinity pool with integral Roman steps is set in a terrace surrounded by space for sunbathing. The BBQ is located on the pool terrace, while the covered terrace off the lounge provides a shaded area for alfresco dining.
The villa is situated in a horseshoe lane approximately halfway between Moraira and El Portet Beach. It is possible to stroll to El Portet Beach in about 15 minutes, or follow the coastal path past the marina into Moraira town. The area offers something for all tastes, from fine dining to relaxing on sandy beaches, with the marina providing a picturesque spot for dining while overlooking boats.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our family getaway at the house was everything we hoped for. The beach nearby was a hit with the kids, and the heated pool kept everyone entertained. The spacious rooms and stunning sea views from the terrace made it an ideal retreat. Big thanks to the staff for a seamless experience!

Amazing villa - stunning views!
The villa was great and we had a lovely week. It's in a great location, quiet with a lovely view, whilst still being within a 10 minute walk of El Portet beach in one direction or the town in the other.

Lovely villa
The villa was larger in size than I expected, as was the pool. Certainly the highlights of the villa were it's size, layout, lovely clean large pool but mostly it's fantastic location. The oven and TV were perfectly adequate for our 2 week stay. Thank you to the maids who returned my daughter's beloved toy cat after it was accidently taken away tangled up in the bedlinen when the sheets were changed! Overall a lovely holiday though and a very reasonable price!

Wonderful stay!
The location, pool and sea view of the villa is the main attraction for us, we stayed in the same villa last year. Overall the villa is large enough and well equipped for families (there were 6 adults and three small children in our family group and we had plenty of space.)
