Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Had a fabulous holiday. Lovely beaches with water sport activities. Villa exceeded our expectations and was in a peaceful location with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Only short walk to beach and small shop which supplied essentials. The only drawback was walking back up quite a steep hill but it was well worth it for the villa's position. We are hoping to return next year!

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location!
We've just come back from a 2 week stay in Moraira and had a wonderful holiday. The area is quiet yet has everything you need. The villa is a short walk to a small beach in El Portet, but be prepared for the steep hill on the way home! It was perfect for our two families (8 of us), plenty of room, a great pool and quality bathrooms and kitchen. The welcome pack was really informative and the best we've seen, and Danielle was there to welcome us and show us around. She was very helpful when we called her and made sure our stay was trouble-free. I'd highly recommend it!!
