This modern holiday home is located in the elegant area of Meloneras, in the south of Gran Canaria, just a short walk from the beach, the sea promenade, boutiques, restaurants, bars and several luxury spa hotels. It is an excellent choice for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful, refined setting while still being close to everything Meloneras and Maspalomas have to offer.
The house has been fully refurbished and exclusively designed, offering comfortable and stylish accommodation for up to eight guests. The interior features a bright and welcoming living area equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and WiFi, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all essential appliances, making it ideal for self-catering stays.
There are four bedrooms in total. Two bedrooms are fitted with double beds, while the other two bedrooms feature two single beds each. Please note that the fourth bedroom, intended for use when the property is occupied by eight guests, is located in the basement. This is a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom but does not have windows, which is important to consider when planning your stay. The property offers three or more bathrooms, providing good comfort for larger groups.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool designed for relaxation. The pool is rectangular in shape with Roman steps for easy access, a poolside shower and measures approximately 4 metres in length, 2.5 metres in width and 1.6 metres in depth. Pool heating is available on request for an additional surcharge and is not included in the rental price. The outdoor area is ideal for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the warm Gran Canaria climate.
The location is one of the main highlights. The Maspalomas Lighthouse can be reached on foot, and the famous Maspalomas Dunes and La Charca Lagoon are nearby. Several attractions, including Maspalomas Golf Course, Holiday World Maspalomas and the beaches of Las Palmas, are just a short drive away. A wide selection of restaurants is within walking distance, including Restaurante Plaza, Kaori, Bar Azotea, H10 Playa Meloneras Palace and Restaurante Pili Pili. Gran Canaria Airport is approximately a 27-minute drive from the property.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The stay is a well-equipped and conveniently located property. The layout with four bedrooms and three bathrooms offered comfort and privacy for our group. The pool and terrace were fantastic for outdoor dining and leisure. We had a wonderful time exploring Maspalomas and nearby restaurants.

Our stay at the holiday home was relaxing and enjoyable. The villa's modern kitchen and comfortable living area were perfect for our needs. The beach and sand dunes were within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for a beachside holiday. The pool and outdoor areas were great for unwinding.

Nice villa, Panoramic views
The best thing about this villa is the location with fantastic views of Maspalomas. The welcome by the local representative was also very good and introduced us to how everything worked. This is a fabulous villa, and very well equipped for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is spotless, well maintained, very private and quiet. The villas was fantastic and welcoming! It was easy to book, communication with the property manager was prompt and clear. You won't be disappointed!!!
