Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This charming accommodation surpassed our expectations! The contemporary design and spacious layout made it ideal for our large family. The heated pool allowed for year-round enjoyment. The outdoor entertainment, from table tennis to Xbox gaming, kept everyone entertained. Highly recommend for both summer and winter escapes.

Stunning villa in fantastic location
Truly Outstanding villa in a perfect location. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac with the nearest supermarket only 2 mins walk and the beach and town walkable in 15 minutes or just 7 euros in a taxi. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and very well equipped with everything you need. It's spotlessly clean and Plenty of space for 2 or 3 family's to holiday together but still have your own space and not be on top of each other. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone round the large private pool and the table in the BBQ area is large enough to accommodate everyone, which isn't always the case in larger villas. Beautiful sea views from the covered terrace which has another table and chairs and comfy sofas and a lovely cool breeze in the evening. The villa is gated and totally secure so safe for children to explore the beautiful grounds without any worry. We have had many villa holidays in Javea over the years and until now have never found a villa we wanted to return to. We loved this one so much we have already booked again for next year!!

Stunning Amazing villa
Villa was amazing, plenty of space for everyone, we were a group of 12, 6 couples, we were all blown away when we arrived, the pictures were fab, but it looked even more amazing in person. It had everything we could hope for, we couldn't ask for more, exceptionally clean and well equipped, the pool was fabulous, plenty of sunbeds, excellent bbq area seating for 12. There was a supermarket very close and it was only a short walk to the beach. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch. We have been to many villas over the years, but this is by far the best. We would definitely consider this villa again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful villa!
We have just got back from a week stay at this beautiful villa. From the beginning to the end we had an amazing time, the villa has absolutely everything you need from an Xbox for the children to a pool table for the adults (which the men never left alone!) When we arrived we were taken back by how fab everything was. We had 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was about a 20 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and if we didn't want to walk back a taxi was about 12 euros. We will definitely be returning.

Family-Friendly Oasis
Our stay at this spacious villa was like a dream. The family-friendly layout, with bedrooms on different levels, allowed for privacy. The outdoor dining areas, including the traditional Spanish Naya, were perfect for gatherings. The heated pool and outdoor gaming kept everyone entertained. A well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. Can't wait to return!
