Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this villa was fantastic! The well-appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and the private pool made it a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The covered terraces and barbecue area were ideal for outdoor dining. The villa's proximity to the beach and cultural sites made it a convenient yet serene escape. Marvelous house!
We felt blessed to wake up every day, for the past two weeks. The beds are very comfortable. We got everything we needed in this house. The swimming pool is bigger than it shows on the pictures. There's a big box with pool toys in it for the kids! Downstairs there's a big, really big living room. Very well equipped and at walking distance to all interest points. We got a warm welcome from the housekeeper, who showed us around after we arrived. No complaints and certainly will recommend it to others!
