A large brick BBQ with adjacent sink and poolside shower provides everything needed for entertaining. Solar panels by the pool allow guests to make the most of the Spanish sunshine.
The villa offers a private, partially covered parking area at the front, gated for security, along with a pedestrian entrance. The front door opens into a central hallway, with stairs leading up to the main living area on the first floor. The open-plan lounge, dining area, and modern kitchen open onto a spacious semi-circular terrace with comfortable seating and stunning views over the pool and out to the sea. A second smaller balcony from the lounge provides additional outdoor space with steps down to the pool terrace.
Accommodation includes a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms spread over both levels. Downstairs, the twin bedroom has an en suite shower and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, while the double bedroom features an open en suite wet room with a large circular shower, WC, and sink. On the first floor, a second double bedroom has an adjacent separate bathroom.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this stylish property was an idyllic retreat close to amenities. The first-floor living space, leading to a semi-circular terrace, allowed us to enjoy sea views and the surrounding palms. The pool terrace, with a gas BBQ and solar panels, became our favorite spot. The well-designed layout, with bedrooms on different levels, offered a sense of privacy. The villa's proximity to Arenal Beach and local restaurants made it a convenient and delightful choice.

EXCELLENT villa
It is a beautiful villa with every home comfort you can think of.Everything you need is there to make your stay enjoyable! The villa offers total privacy with a lovely pool. We stayed here with my family. The location is great. Supermarket 2 mins down the street. I would highly recommend this villa and will hopefully return in the future. Thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday!

Fantastic house
We enjoyd a wonderful week at this house. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood was quite and safe with a nice view from the balcony. Great bbq. We highly recommend the this place!
