A fully equipped kitchen is separated by two steps from a second lounge, which includes a pool table and additional seating. A second dining area is located within the kitchen for casual meals.
Accommodation is arranged to ensure comfort and privacy. The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, plus a separate shower room. Upstairs, there are two further double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom featuring a separate shower, and doors opening onto a spacious terrace overlooking the front of the villa with steps down to the pool.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this home was pure bliss. The very large private pool, two living areas, and fully equipped kitchen provided a spacious retreat. The raised terrace with a dining table and BBQ was a delightful spot. The short drive to Arenal's beach and places to eat made it a perfect holiday.

Beatiful place,specially the Pool area
We enjoyed the place a lot. The outdoor area was fantastic and we spent most nights at home. Very helpful host and a nice area with a Spar shop, golf and a nice restaurant. I would defintely recommend the place to friends and families.

Lovely villa
The villa is in a good location close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Well equipped with comfortable beds, ideal for families or a group of friends. Lovely pool area.
