Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Very spacious property, with good facilities in a quiet area, at the top of a hill with great views overlooking El Campello. Was ideal property for relaxing which our family group wanted. Would suggest renting a car even though tram station is about 12 mins walk from property.

Just Excellent!!!
Excellent place to spend a family holiday. Lovely quiet area to fully relax. The locals are so friendly and helpful. Bars, places to eat, beaches, kids play area and a small shop all within half a mile walk from the villa. Half a mile walk to the Tram line to take you into the busy areas if you wish, about 5 minutes into main town El Campello and 30 minutes to Benidorm. The villa it's self is amazing, has everything you need. The views WOW!! The booking and contact with the property manager was so easy and he is extremely helpful. Will be returning ASAP.

Excellent modern villa
We had a fantastic time. The villa was as good if not better than the photos. The views are amazing. The tram is only a 5-10min walk and we used to visit El Campello, Alicante and Benidorm. Really handy and cheap. No need for a hire car. The parade of restaurants in Coveta Fuma (5 mins walk) offer a decent variety of food. We tried four during our stay. Would really recommend this villa and would happily book it again

Luxury holiday house with fantastic pool
After carefully reviewing many houses on the site, we fell for this house in El Campello. The house fulfilled most of our requirements. Air condition in each room, stylish and clean, large pool with the most magnificant view, wifi, comfortable beds, spacious and beautiful interior details. We were two families with teenagers. We rented cars, but it was not really necessary; although very convenient. We could have used taxi and the tram instead. Most of our time, we spent in the pool. The pool area is built so you can sit in different places and always have either sun och shadow. Every morning some of us had a yoga session on the upper terrass looking over the amazing surroundings. We drove to the city of El Campello several evenings (4 km) and walked other evenings to some closer restaurants. The pool was cleaned by professionals twice during our week. We also received a nice welcome kit with wine, juice etc. The house is about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and for our needs that was fine. We enjoyed the pool so much so the beach became our second hand choice. It was not so much to do in the direct area, but again the house in itself was almost impossible to leave. It was the best place to be and relax at after a hard working year. I would even say that the property exceeded our expectations.
