Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the well-equipped kitchen to the multiple terraces and sunbeds, the accommodation was set up for comfort. We were 10 adults and 2 kids, and never felt cramped. The kids loved the pool and lawn, and the adults loved being so close to El Arenal for beach days and cocktails.

This villa is stunning. Tons of space, super clean, and the layout made it really easy for everyone to relax whether we were by the pool, in the games room, or cooking dinner. We especially loved the outdoor dining area and BBQ. Perfect for big families or multiple couples traveling together.

This elegant home had everything we needed for a relaxing week-five spacious bedrooms with en-suites, a gorgeous garden, and a huge private pool. It’s really close to restaurants and the beach, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Great mix of privacy and convenience!

We booked the holiday home for a big family holiday and it exceeded expectations! The villa is massive and beautifully laid out so everyone had space. Loved the lagoon-style pool and all the different terraces. Location was spot-on-just a short walk to El Arenal beach and shops. Would book again in a heartbeat.
