Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for ten days, and it was one of the best holidays we’ve had. The villa had a real Spanish charm inside, but with modern touches where needed. The outdoor space was unbeatable - big pool, shaded dining, and a private bar area that kept everyone happy. The agency made the whole process super easy and even helped us arrange an airport transfer. We’ll definitely be back next year - perfect mix of relaxation and fun!

Couldn’t have asked for more
This villa was such a gem! We were six friends traveling together, and it was exactly what we hoped for - private, comfortable, and stylish. The pool bar was everyone’s favorite spot, perfect for drinks before dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor BBQ made cooking fun. We even did a kayak trip nearby, recommended by the host, and it was unforgettable. Super easy check-in and lovely communication from the agency too.

Perfect family escape
We spent a week here with our two kids and honestly didn’t want to leave. The pool was incredible - big, clean, and that palm island made it feel like our own resort. We had breakfasts outside every morning and barbecues by the pool at night. The house was spotless and felt really cozy, with the wooden beams and bright rooms. It was quiet but still close enough to Arenal Beach for dinner and ice cream by the sea.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The villa itself was lovely we made full use of the pool area and had family meals in the naya in the evenings, it is a well equipped homely villa. We would all love to go back to palm view again in the future.

Great times in a Fantastic and Welcoming Place
The villa is Clean with enough toilet facility's for all. Only a short walk to the local town to continue the party. Our hosts were very welcoming and will to assist with any requests. All had a great time. Thank you!
