Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for 8 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The villa was super comfortable, and the pool area was stunning. It’s close enough to Javea center but still quiet and private. We had a small celebration during our stay and the host even arranged a local chef for us - such a great experience.

Wonderful family stay
We came as a family of six and loved every bit of it. The villa was bright, modern, and well laid out so everyone had space. The kids were in the pool all day while we relaxed on the loungers. The views of the mountains were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Booking with the agency was smooth - they even helped us find great local restaurants.

Relaxing week in Javea
The villa had everything we needed - comfy beds, modern kitchen, and a great outdoor space. The pool was a highlight, and the area was so peaceful. Shops and restaurants were close by which made life easy. Great place for families!

This place is just awesome
Great villa with exceptional facilities. Heated pool was perfect, and tennis court played very well. Lots of space inside and well equipped kitchen. Maid was great and we spoke to rep outside villa and she was really helpful as well. Very good holiday enjoyed by all. We have no suggestions for improvements or criticisms of any part of holiday. Just want to sort out a week when we can book same villa for next year!

Attention to detail
We had not been with this agency for a few years but were impressed by their continuing attention to detail and making the booking of a holiday as stress free as possible. All went well. We were pleased with the villa and the car covered our requirements including taking a wheelchair. We can't speak too highly of the service we received.
