Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
A few of us came for a week and appreciated how private the villa felt even though it was close to shops and the beach. The sunken seating area inside became our go-to spot later in the evenings, and the outdoor terrace turned into the main hangout during the day. Having en-suite rooms made things smoother, and the first-floor bedroom gave one couple extra privacy. We also used the table tennis table more than expected. Check-in was simple, and the welcome info helped us find a small café nearby for breakfast.

Lovely stay close to the sea and restaurants
We were a group of eight and chose this villa mainly for the space, and it turned out to be just what we needed. The living area was ideal for gathering in the evenings, and having the four bedrooms on the ground floor kept everything simple. The kitchen had what we needed for quick meals, and we used the covered terrace every night. The agency helped us with a restaurant booking on the first day, which was a nice touch after a long trip. The whole stay felt easy and pleasant.

Great place for a chilled family week
We stayed here with our kids and liked how easy the place felt from day one. Mornings were usually spent around the pool while the house stayed cool inside thanks to the shaded terrace. The layout on the ground floor worked well since everyone had their own room. In the evenings we walked to the beach area in Llenaire, grabbed ice cream, and came back to sit outside. Really comfortable and relaxed overall.
