Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Upon arrival the agent, Marcos, did absolutely everything to help us settle in and feel welcomed. He even baked for us (best baklava ever!) and left us a cell phone with his number on the speed dial in case we needed anything. The villa is gorgeous, private, and extremely well maintained. Photos don’t do it justice. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, with plenty of closet and storage space. The air conditioning and all appliances functioned perfectly. We used the hot tub, the pool, and spent hours laying around on the patio lounge chairs and shaded couches. We felt a world away from work - which was beyond what we expected. Marcos made numerous recommendations for us for sightseeing, private charters, restaurants. Should our travels find us in Mallorca again, we would absolutely stay at this villa again. We can’t express our gratitude enough … Thank you, thank you, thank you! Absolutely outstanding experience!

Amazing Holiday!
This seaside retreat is a wonderful house on a quieter part of Port de Pollenca. The quality of the home is outstanding and it is very well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area and the views are spectacular. Our hosts were also extremely friendly. They greeted us upon our arrival and were always available to help us arrange day trips or to answer questions
