Additionally, there is a small office area and another double bedroom with a full en suite bathroom. A large covered terrace provides extra space for dining and lounging.
The outdoor area includes a 10 x 5 m pool, a small lawn adorned with flowers and shrubs, and an enclosed garden, creating a perfect setting for family fun and relaxation.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This stylish property was a dream! The house is modern, bright, and airy, with high-quality furnishings and plenty of space. We especially loved the large terrace and pool area-perfect for lazy afternoons. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The property management team was also incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return!

Spacious and modern villa
We stayed at this spacious villa with two other families, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy while still enjoying time together. The open-plan living area and outdoor dining space were fantastic, and the pool was a great size. The beach being so close was a huge plus, and we loved walking along the seafront in the evenings. Highly recommend for a family or group holiday!

perfect family getaway by the beach
This holiday home was everything we hoped for and more! The location is ideal-just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the town center is only a few minutes' drive away. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool, and the outdoor terrace was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Superb accommodation in stunning location
Accommodation spotlessly clean and luxurious. We felt like we had transcended to another world. A superb infinity pool surrounded by stunning scenery...heaven! Some of us did the walk to the village and visited local tevernia. Interesting nature walk spotting local flowers and fauna as well as quaint old churches. locals friendly and very welcoming, especially when mentioning our place of stay as this stylish property.

Holiday paradise
Just had the best holiday at this beautiful villa. It was everything the details said it would be, spacious, stunning views & very relaxing. This place has everything you need to make your stay so perfect. Very clean & all home from home needs. Very close to the beach & resort facilities. We have been visiting Puerto Pollensa every year for the last 17 years & this is by far the best property we have stayed in. Highly recommended.
