Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group spent most mornings debating if we should go out or stay by the pool. The garden had enough shade that some of us stayed put with books, while others drove to Cap de Formentor for a few hours. The rooms with terrace access were used a lot, especially for drying towels in the sun. The living and dining area upstairs made meals easy, and the fireplace corner actually felt cozy in the evening breeze. We ended up using the outdoor dining table almost every night since it was the nicest spot to end the day.

Agency help made things smoother
Before arriving we asked the agency to sort the airport transfer, and that made the start of the trip easier for all eight of us. The house itself had a simple, lived-in feel, and we used the lower-floor rooms for the kids so they could have their own space. Easy stay for two small families
We came as two families and found the setup really practical since many of the bedrooms had twin beds. It made it easy to arrange sleeping without discussions. The kitchen had what we needed, and the breakfast bar was handy for quick snacks. One day we walked around the old town of Pollensa, wandered the narrow streets, grabbed ice cream, and came back for a swim. The terrace was where we usually ended up after dinner because it stayed warm but never stuffy. The house felt calm and straightforward.

Quiet place with plenty of room to spread out
What I liked most was how the garden opened up around the pool, so everyone had enough space without feeling packed together.
