Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this getaway was superb in every way. The spacious bedrooms, well-equipped bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities made it a top-notch experience. The layout of the villa, with multiple lounges and terraces, provided ample space for our group of 12. The pool and sunny lawned garden were perfect for relaxation. A big thanks to this getaway for a memorable stay.

Superb
This cozy place was an excellent villa for our party of 11. The bedrooms were very spacious, the number of bathrooms superb for a party of our size. There was a very good supply of basics such as glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - something that could easily have been overlooked. The pool table and table-tennis table were of a great standard, and again small things like table tennis bats, balls and pool cues were in good supply and were either new or very well maintained. The layout of the villa is exceptional - great table space outside and inside for dining, comfortable inside seating area that could accommodate everyone, additional kitchen and lounge upstairs, and upstairs terraces that provide sunshine morning and evening. Swimming pool and sun loungers were great as well. Superb overall.

Quiet, residential location 30 minutes walk from the main town centre. Excellent pool and garden and plenty of space for a party of 10. Would recommend for family parties of all ages.
