Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is like a home from home with everything you can possibly need from dishwasher to washing machine. The bedrooms are all a good size and ensuites. I highly recommend for a large group or a big family escape!

Paradise
A group of 12 of us went for a week in July. Alba, the property manager was great. The agency staff greeted us on arrival and from then on he couldn't do enough for us from having take away bought in for us too driving up late at night to sort the garden lights out !!! The setting really is beautiful hence staying in one night to party !!! This place is a must if u want a little bit of luxury and we've booked already to go back next year 5 star all the way

Complete luxury
We have had a wonderful stay at this luxury retreat, helped by seven days of glorious sunshine. The accommodation is completely luxurious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The pool was hugely enjoyed by all, especially our two grandchildren, who never wanted to leave it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home and Pollensa for a relaxing holiday.
