Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group kept changing plans every day, which worked well with the layout. Some mornings were spent by the pool, others wandering into the Gotmar area for something simple to eat. The open-plan kitchen made breakfasts easy, and the coffee bar got a lot of use. Evenings inside were cozy with the fireplace on low and people spread out on the sofas. The lawn around the pool stayed sunny most of the day, so we rarely felt the need to go far. It was a steady, comfortable week.

Helpful agency touches along the way
We were eight in total, and the stay went smoothly from the start because the agency arranged the airport transfer for us. It took a bit of stress out of arrival day. Later in the week we also asked them to book a table at a local restaurant, and that saved us time. Inside the villa, the upstairs bedroom was nice for privacy, while the others appreciated having direct pool access. We used the sauna once when the weather cooled a little, and it felt like a good break from the sun.

Comfortable setup for a week in Gotmar
The house made it simple for our mix of adults and older teens. Everyone liked having their own bathroom, and the bedrooms were quiet even when people stayed up late in the living area. We used the table tennis table more than we thought, and the covered terrace became our usual spot for dinners since it stayed warm in the evenings. Easy place to settle into for a full group
Most days started slow for us, with people drifting out toward the pool while a couple of us made coffee in the kitchen. The living room had enough space for everyone to sit without feeling squeezed, and the sound system was nice in the evenings. The ground-floor rooms with pool access were used the most, especially for drying towels or stepping out for a quick swim.
