Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed seven nights as a group of eight and honestly felt the villa gave us a great balance of space and comfort. Mornings usually started with coffee on the covered terrace while some of us prepped breakfast in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Having three double rooms with their own bathrooms meant no queues, and the twin room worked well for the teenagers. Most afternoons were spent around the pool, reading on the loungers or cooling off in the shade of the parasols. We did a couple of walks down to the beach and found a few local restaurants, but many evenings we chose to cook and sit outside because the garden felt peaceful. The booking process was easy and the property manager sent us useful tips about nearby supermarkets and places to visit, which saved us time during the trip.

Great spot for a family holiday
Our group stayed a week and the house worked really well for us. The kids used the twin room upstairs while we took the double with the terrace, which had lovely morning light. We walked to the beach most days and ended up cooking dinner at the villa because the BBQ area was so handy. The agency helped with a couple of questions before arrival and everything felt simple from check-in to checkout.

Lovely stay by the pool
We spent a long weekend here with our family of eight and really enjoyed the pool area. The terrace was great for slow breakfasts and the bedroom on the ground floor made things easy for my parents.

Honestly, one of the best villas we’ve rented! Everything was spotless, the garden was stunning, and the outdoor dining area was a dream. Loved having our own pool-felt like a private resort. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday

Stunning villa!!! Wow factor!!
What a place!! Stayed here for a week with my family, and it was beyond perfect. The pool was the highlight-super clean, the perfect size, and plenty of sunbeds to chill. Loved the garden too, so peaceful! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for evening meals. Perfect Alcudia Getaway
Our stay at this getaway was a perfect getaway in Alcudia. The outdoor space with the private swimming pool and covered terrace was our favorite spot for relaxation and outdoor dining. The interior is beautifully decorated with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the villa had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend this villa for a fantastic Alcudia holiday.
