This wonderful house provides private access to the sea in Port d'Alcúdia and is prepared for 8 persons plus 1 extra.
The fabulous outdoor area includes a garden with direct access to the beach, three terraces offering sea views, a well-furnished porch, and a dedicated barbecue area. The 220m² two-storey house comprises 4 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed, and three on the first floor, including two double bedrooms-one with an en-suite shower-and one bedroom with two individual beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, one extra guest can sleep on the sofa-bed if required.
Upon request, two baby beds and a highchair are available for families with young children. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs for general use, one on each floor. The cozy living and dining area includes two sofas, satellite TV, a dining table, a fireplace, and air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family meal. Guests will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. The entire house is fitted with central heating.
The property is perfectly situated on the beach of Port d'Alcúdia, with everything needed within walking distance, including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and a bank. The fine, white sandy beach of Alcúdia stretches for several kilometers from the harbor of Alcúdia to Can Picafort, providing ample space for sunbathing, swimming, and leisurely strolls.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this hideaway in Port d'Alcúdia was delightful. The 3 terraces with sea views were perfect for enjoying the surroundings. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and the sandy beach made it convenient. The well-furnished porch and barbecue added to the overall satisfaction of our family vacation. The 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, accommodated us comfortably. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious living-dining area provided a perfect setting for family meals. The central heating was a plus during cooler evenings.

Amazing accomodation and location
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation. We travelled with a group of girlfriends, all busy working women, and were able to relax and switch off from the moment we arrived. We made the most of the fabulous facilities. The property, with direct access to the beach, is just a short walk from both the local town and marina, which had a wealth of lovely restaurants to choose from. We'll be back!!

Beachfront villa!!
We had a wonderful stay at this seaside retreat. The villa and facilities are outstanding, everyone of us aged from 5 to 61 had the most wonderful time. The layout is perfect for a large group, we could all be together for meals yet each spend time on our own if needed. The villa is beautiful, so stylish and clean and easy to relax in. Beachfront access directly to the sandy beach. We had a fabulous family holiday and I know the accommodation and standard of the facilities played a huge part in this.

Luxury stay by a luxury marina in a luxury town... Luxury!
Puerto Alcudia is a fantastic part of the Island from what we explored... but this villa is so fantastic we spent as much time enjoying the fantastic BBQ facilities.... We had trouble finding time to explore we will need 14 days next time and there will be a next time... Thank you for such a fantastic place to stay...
