Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the place was pure bliss. The heated pool was a lifesaver, and the saltwater made it even more enjoyable. The villa's location near the beach and local shops was perfect. Shoutout to the accommodating staff and the seamless booking process. Already planning our return!

First class villa....can't wait to go back
We have just returned from a fabulous two week stay at this spacious villa. The villa is very well equipped to the standard of a home and tastefully decorated throughout. The housekeeper was fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable with good quality food and unobtrusive service...thank you! Would definitely go back.

Amazing villa the perfect get away!!
Wow!! Where do I start with this review. Firstly to say this villa is simply stunning and we had the most wonderful stay here and we would certainly like to return! Fantastic facilities great outside pool with the option of having it heated. All rooms clean to a high standard and everything from towels to bedding provided. Highly recommend.
