The villa offers four large and comfortable bedrooms: a bright double room with wardrobe and a small pink table; a large double room with built-in wardrobe and practical desk; a twin room decorated with a metal and wicker bicycle motif; and a practical room with a bed and pull-out underneath. The property also includes a large bathroom with a bathtub and spacious shower cubicle, and a second bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are provided throughout.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What an amazing place! The villa was even better than the pictures-spacious, modern, and with plenty of amenities. We loved playing pool in the evenings and lounging by the pool during the day. The concierge team gave us great restaurant recommendations, making our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Getaway!
This holiday home was ideal for our family holiday! The kids loved the play area and the pool, while we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden. The outdoor dining space was perfect for evening barbecues. The location was great-close to the beach and the charming old town. A fantastic stay, highly recommended!

Perfect Holiday
Spacious, very well located between sea and village, restaurants, shops, car rental, Hidroparc nearby. Comes therefore well without a car. Great pool, flexible landlord (due to flight shift we were allowed to check in earlier). Playhouse, swing and small slide were taken over by the children like. House can be shared well with second family. 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, spread over two floors offer enough space. In addition, there is another bathroom in the garden with shower / WC, ideal for a shower after a sandy day at the sea. We enjoyed the stay, thank you very much.

Everything is top spec. The outdoor area is fantastic and offered everything we could want. The bar, bbq and outdoor dining area was a particular favourite and pool table - great for keeping all the family entertained. Thanks so much for a great time!

Perfect holiday villa!
Having recently spent a fantastic week at this elegant home, I would highly recommend it as luxury family holiday accommodation. We all enjoyed the range of activities such as the pool, pool table, bikes and basketball net. There were games and books to use and we enjoyed the portable speaker meaning we could listen to music whilst barbecuing in the brilliantly appointed out door kitchen. The house itself is very well appointed, the kitchen has everything you could wish for. The beds are all comfortable. We would all love to go back one day!!

Family of 4 adults and two younger really enjoyed the recent holiday. Rooms were large and well furnished, air con was efficient and well used during the hot spell. Location ideal for bars, restaurants and short walk to beach. A enjoyable stay and we have already booked for next year.
