Accommodation is arranged across the main house and an annexe, comfortably sleeping up to ten guests. The ground floor of the main house includes the entrance hall, a smaller sitting/play/TV room, an open-plan sitting and dining area opening onto the terrace, a kitchen opening to the terrace, and a cloakroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a furnished terrace, complemented by a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a twin bedroom convertible to a double, a second twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was perfect for our family holiday! The rooms were large and comfortable, and the living spaces were great for spending time together. The gated pool was a big plus for peace of mind with kids. We loved how easy it was to explore Alcudia, Pollensa, and the beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent service from start to finish
The agency made everything effortless, from pre-arrival assistance to the warm welcome at the villa. The concierge gave us great local tips, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. The villa itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of character. We especially enjoyed the shaded terrace for outdoor dining. Highly recommend!

A peaceful getaway in nature
This spacious villa was everything we hoped for-secluded, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Waking up to views of the Tramuntana Mountains was magical. The pool was fantastic, and we loved relaxing in the garden. It was so peaceful, yet close enough to Alcudia and Pollensa for outings. A perfect retreat!

A Dream holliday
The perfect place for relaxation. It was the 5th time in Alcudia and this place was the most friendly and well equipped place we've been. If yo're planning to go in September you'll certainley eat grapes from the most beautiful garden. We would like to have a host like Alba in each and every holidays. It was Perfect!

Thoroughly recommended
Ten of us, ranging from 19 to 84, have just returned from a great week's stay at this holiday home. We can only echo what's been mentioned in previous reviews: the villa is perfectly laid out, well appointed, in a great position for a relaxing holiday. We had cars but rarely used them while in the resort, however the island has so many delightful places to visit that it's well worth having one. We're all discussing now when we're going back!
