Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent a full week here with friends and found the house perfect for how we travel. Plenty of space for six without feeling cramped, and the bedrooms were cool at night thanks to the AC. We used the balcony a lot since the mountain views were pretty nice around sunset. Most days we walked to the beach or stayed by the pool when we didn’t feel like doing much. The team answered a question about early check-in and let us drop luggage, which helped since we arrived before noon.

Great base for exploring Alcudia
We came as two couples and used the place mostly as a base for beach days and exploring the old town. Evenings were usually spent on the terrace or by the pool because it was really peaceful and private. The living room was comfy after long days outside and the kitchen made it simple to cook small meals. One of us needed help arranging an airport transfer and the agency sorted it quickly, which took a bit of stress off. Overall the house felt relaxed and well located.

Calm stay near the lake
We stayed here as a family of five and really liked how quiet the area felt. Most mornings we had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake, then walked to the beach or just stayed by the pool while the kids played safely in the fenced yard. The house was easy to use, the kitchen had everything we needed and the AC worked well in all rooms. The booking process was smooth and we got a few local tips before arrival that helped a lot with restaurants and small shops around Alcudia.
