Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were celebrating a small birthday and the villa was a great pick for it. Loads of space for everyone to spread out, plus the gym and big terraces made it feel like a proper retreat. The windows brought in so much natural light that mornings felt extra peaceful. The agency helped us with a couple of restaurant suggestions and even sorted a small request we had before arriving. Between the views, the pool, and the location, this place really checked every box.

Great setup for families or groups
We stayed here with two families and the villa fit everyone comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and the master suite had the nicest terrace for morning coffee. Kids loved the pool while the adults made use of the barbecue area most evenings. The electric blinds on the terrace were a nice touch when the sun got strong. The location was quiet but felt super close to everything, especially Puerto Banús. Honestly one of the easiest, most comfortable trips we’ve had.

Beautiful villa with views we didn’t expect
We came as a group of friends and were stunned by how open and bright the villa felt. Everywhere you looked there was either a sea view, mountain view, or the golf course in the distance. The living area was perfect for hanging out and the outdoor space had both sunny and shaded spots, so everyone found their place. The saltwater pool was warm enough even early in the day. The agency checked in before arrival and everything felt smooth and easy. Truly a gorgeous stay.

Really nice family stay
Came with the kids and the layout worked perfectly. Lots of space, comfy rooms, and the terraces were great for breakfasts. Short drive to the beach too. We’d happily come back here anytime.

Gorgeous spot with amazing views
We stayed five nights and honestly the views blew us away, especially in the mornings. Loved chilling by the saltwater pool, super calm and clean. The villa felt private and bright, just a really relaxing place to be.
