Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
House was bright, beds were comfortable and the showers had great pressure. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace with the sea breeze. Would definitely return.

Really enjoyed this place
The location made everything super easy…beach, food, shops, all right there. Showers were strong, AC worked well and the beds were honestly very comfortable. We had a small issue with the WIFI the first evening, but the team responded right away and fixed it. We even used the laundry area mid-week which was handy. The villa felt homely and made our trip to Málaga even better.

Relaxing week with friends
We were six adults and the villa felt more than big enough. Loved the partial sea views from the terrace and how quiet the neighborhood was at night. The pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. One morning we walked to Malagueta for coffee and it only took a few minutes. Also appreciated the small welcome pack with water and snacks after a late arrival. Would stay again.

Great mix of beach and city
The house gave us the beach feeling but still super close to the centre, which was ideal. Bedrooms were spacious and each bathroom was modern and clean. We spent most afternoons on the terrace just relaxing. Booking was quick and clear, and they sent us some good tips for nearby restaurants. El Cabra became our favorite for seafood. Overall a really good stay.

Perfect family holiday
We stayed a full week and the villa worked great for our family of eight. The pool was used daily, and the beach being steps away made life so easy. Kitchen had all we needed and we cooked a few dinners at home. The agency helped with a transfer from the airport and everything went smoothly. Kids loved the area and we enjoyed exploring Málaga in the evenings.

Super comfy stay

We loved how close it was to Pedregalejo Beach, literally a minute away. Rooms were comfy and AC worked well during the hot days. Perfect spot for a chilled week with family.
