Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an incredible time by the beach in this retreat. The villa was so beautiful and somehow looked even better in person. Thank you so much for helping us to make this trip happen, it really was an amazing vacation!

Such a pleasant stay for all of us
We were a group of ten friends and everyone loved the villa for different reasons. Some preferred the quieter lounge for reading, others used the pool nonstop. The beach path was so close we went down barefoot a couple of times. Also appreciated the welcome snacks after arriving late.

Super comfortable for a big group
Our group of nine had plenty of room and never felt crowded. I used one of the upstairs rooms and waking up facing the pool was unreal. Loved how close the beach was-some of us did early walks while others stayed back for coffee on the terrace. Beautiful and easy place to stay.

Relaxing week with the whole family
There were 11 of us, all ages, and the villa felt just right. My parents loved the shaded terrace, the kids lived in the pool and the rest of us switched between the beach and the lawns. One night we walked over to Trocadero for dinner which was a nice change. Very easygoing stay.

Calm spot for our group
We came as a mixed bunch and honestly the villa surprised us. Loads of space indoors, but we ended up by the garden most evenings because it felt so quiet. Beach path was easy to reach and the room I had looked toward the pool, which was a nice bonus.
