A fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, washer/dryer, wine fridge and access to the side terrace, where a large gas BBQ with sink and fridge creates the perfect setting for alfresco meals.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came for a birthday getaway and the villa made it feel special. Mornings usually started on the terrace with coffee and those golf views, then we’d walk down to La Butibamba Beach. Evenings we either cooked or went into town. The lower lounge was great when the kids needed downtime. Beds were comfy, showers had good pressure, and parking was easy for our two cars.

Relaxing week with friends
Spent seven nights here as a group of friends and loved how spread out the house is. Everyone had their own bathroom, which was a big plus. We used the table tennis almost every afternoon before heading to the beach. Lower level TV room was perfect for late movie nights. Booking process was simple and the team answered quickly when we had a question about the AC. Would happily return.

amazing villa!
We were two families and the villa layout worked perfectly. Kids used the lower lounge for movies while we enjoyed the main terrace overlooking the golf course. Walked into La Cala most evenings for dinner, only took about ten minutes. Kitchen was well equipped, and the BBQ outside made lunches easy. Agency helped us with a quick transfer from the airport, which saved us time. Really smooth stay overall.

Awesome setup for groups
Five of us stayed and we all had plenty of space. The lower lounge with the huge TV was great for evenings. Quick drive to restaurants and nearby locals.

Great villa near La Cala
Stayed here with my family for a week and loved how easy it was to walk into town. Rooms were comfy and the terraces had really nice views over the golf course. Kids lived in the pool area.
