Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We cooked most meals at home since the kitchen was easy to use. The organic garden was a fun bonus. Took a couple of short walks to El Peñoncillo Beach when we wanted a swim in the sea.

A peaceful home base with beautiful surroundings
We stayed a week and used the villa as a quiet retreat between little trips. One day Nerja, another day a quick drive to Burriana Beach, and another afternoon hiking a short trail nearby. The house was comfortable, bright and really welcoming. The chlorine-free pool felt great after being out in the sun, and the terrace became our go-to spot in the evenings. We appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and enough room for everyone to eat together. Very relaxing stay.

Great mix of nature, comfort and easy exploring
We were a group of ten and everyone felt they had space. Some days were spent entirely at the villa - pool time, reading in the garden, long lunches outside. Other days we went to Torrecilla Beach or walked into the village for a casual meal. The eco-friendly setup didn’t feel complicated at all, just thoughtful. The team also sent us a few restaurant ideas before arrival, which we used. Loved the feeling of waking up and seeing the sea from the bed.

Really comfortable for our wellness-style trip
We booked the villa for a small yoga and meditation getaway with friends, and it was exactly what we needed. Each bedroom being en-suite made things smooth, and the big windows brought in so much light. We loved using ingredients from the orchard to cook simple meals. One day we drove to Nerja to explore the old town and grab ice cream near the Balcón de Europa. Evenings were usually spent on the terrace talking and enjoying the breeze. Check-in was friendly and fast.

Perfect place to switch off and enjoy the coast
We came as a family group and really enjoyed the calm vibe of the villa. Mornings usually started with breakfast overlooking the sea, and some days we just stayed around the pool while others went walking in the hills nearby. The seminar room became our “quiet space”, where a few of us did yoga before dinner. The agency had arranged a helpful welcome pack with water and snacks, which was nice after a long drive. Everything felt easy and relaxing from the first day.
