Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our family had a wonderful time at this luxury retreat. The views of the golf course and the Mediterranean were breathtaking. The outdoor barbecue area was perfect for family dinners. The easy access to Marbella's historic Old Quarter and the beaches was great. And thanks to the property manager for their assistance throughout our stay.

Paradise Found
The holiday home was everything we hoped for. The luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were fantastic. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a big hit with the kids. Quiet, relaxing and very special
Superb views from the patio pool area. The villa is beautiful and is very well equipped. The agent was very accomodating to our special needs, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was great and in the evening it glowed with underwater lighting. It was a perfect backdrop for our patio dinner. Luxury style, great interior pool and jacuzzi...I highly recommend!!!

Stunning villa!!!
We have spent one week in this retreat and it was really perfect. We were 20 adults, the house is bigger and even better than what the photographies show, very clair and clean a huge living room with an open kitchen, perfect. The swimming pool is just the good size, and the water clear and fresh thanks to the employee. The climatisation was welcomed too. We hired a private chef during our stay and the meals cooked was delicious. Alba was helpfull, answered my different questions about booking process, concierge service, amenities, etc. It was really a wonderfull stay. Free airport transfer was available and the housekeeper met us at the villa on arrival and gave us a tour and familiarisation. We hired also a yacht for one day and was a splendid adventure... We would definitely stay again!
