Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Perfect villa for an amazing hen party!
Stayed last weekend at The rentalsdabe and it was AMAZING! There were 8 adults and plenty of room in the villa to accommodate us all and not at any point did we feel short of space! The housekeeper was great when we arrived, got us exactly what we needed and we just did one other shop when we were there. Easy walking distance to local shop, supermarket, bars etc. Would 100% stay again and for longer!

Great villa - lovely grounds
Hi just got back from 5 days in this villa. Well worth the visit! Lots of space, in the rooms, grounds and communal areas. Very clean and well thought out. The indoor pool is lovely and connects to the games room/gym. The outdoor area is very spacious with a great pool and lots of loungers and tables and sitting areas. I would highly recommend the villa

We stayed in this villa for a week on a golfing trip with a large group of friends, and the location was perfect! The property is ideally situated for everything you want to do-nightlife, shopping, beach, and more. I would highly recommend this getaway to anyone!!!
