Comfort is assured with air conditioning and heating in five bedrooms and the lounge, along with WiFi, satellite TV featuring BBC and ITV, and a heated pool.
Set on a large corner plot, the villa is shielded by a neatly trimmed conifer hedge, providing privacy for the gardens and outdoor spaces. A path winds through the landscaped gardens leading to a charming covered porch adorned with potted plants. Inside, a marble-floored hallway opens into a sunny, well-furnished lounge featuring a feature fireplace, a comfortable dining area, and double patio doors that lead out to a terrace.
To one side of the hallway, a corridor leads to a shower room, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and views of the rear garden. The master double bedroom on this level features dual aspect windows overlooking the gardens, a dressing room, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the hall, a cloakroom is located next to a family-sized, fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, breakfast area, and walk-in larder. Adjacent to the kitchen is a drying patio and a single bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Upstairs, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. Patio doors lead to an open terrace with stunning mountain and golf course views. A twin bedroom on the same level also opens onto a large terrace, offering similar vistas.
The terrace downstairs overlooks the well-maintained garden and uniquely shaped heated swimming pool. It is furnished for both relaxing and alfresco dining, with a delightful barbecue area conveniently located near the kitchen.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Home away from home
From the moment we walked into this elegant home until the day we left, we truly felt as if we were at home. Everything was well organized and managed. The property itself is much nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool is fabulous, and the views are stunning. Our hosts could not have been more gracious, friendly, and attentive. The area has a terrific fruit and veg store for those interested in cooking. And the plumbing is English! We've stayed at other villas in the area, and they do not compare. The main difference is that this accommodation was built by the owners for themselves, and they lived in it for years before building another home nearby, where they currently reside. All the little touches are there, and whatever you need is already provided. All in all, a terrific experience. Our family will definitely return. I could not recommend it more highly.

Amazing accomodation and location
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation, and it certainly lived up to its name. We were able to relax and switch off from the moment we arrived. The home is just a short walk from both the local town and the beach, which had a wealth of lovely restaurants to choose from. We'll be back!
