Roman steps allow easy access to the pool, making it safe and convenient for children. The villa is gated and offers plenty of off-road parking.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Amazing
We hired the villa for a group of 8 people and we had an amazing time. We arrived early but was allowed to leave our bags whilst we explored our surroundings. The beach was great with lovely bars and restaurants. The villa had everything we could ask for. The outside area was so relaxing. Thank you for a fantastic time in an amazing villa. We will definitely look at returning on the future.

Very much appreciated
We were a group of 4 families but the villa was big enough to absorb everyone without ever feeling cramped. The pool and large covered verandah extend the living space and encourage al fresco dining. Great location with a lot of local restaurants, supermarkets, bars nearby. A great week.

The best villa we've ever stayed in...
A group of 7 friends and I stayed in this villa recently. The photos do not do the place justice... as soon as you walk in, it is simply stunning! The house has been renovated to a high standard. Things we didn’t realise when booking was that the villa has: air con in every bedroom, a ping pong table, heated pool, toys, a top of the range coffee machine and a Bose portable speaker. Every bedroom is large and the beds are extremely comfortable. No complains at all. It was one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in.
