Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa had it all! Super clean, comfy beds, a huge pool, and even a gym and cinema room. We spent hours just lounging by the pool and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Plus, the local area has some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Already planning our next trip here!

A dream villa!!
Honestly, this villa is straight out of a magazine! The design, the space, the little details-just perfect. The gym was great for morning workouts, and the wine fridge was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. Being able to walk to the beach was a big plus too. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Perfect for a family getaway
We stayed here with two other families, and it was amazing. So much space, every bedroom had its own bathroom (huge plus!), and the kids loved the cinema room. The pool was spotless, and the concierge team helped us with restaurant bookings and activities. Made our trip so easy!

Pure luxury!
Stayed at this villa for a week, and wow… what an experience! The place is huge, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could ask for. The rooftop terrace was my favorite spot-perfect for evening drinks. The beach is super close, and the pool area is just dreamy. Can’t wait to come back!
