Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed a full week and enjoyed every corner of the villa. Mornings usually started slow with coffee by the pool, then a mix of swimming, games or short trips to the beach. The gym was used almost daily by a couple of us. Evenings were spent outside - sometimes cooking, sometimes walking to Veroda for dinner. The villa felt clean, modern and very well cared for. Communication with the agency was friendly and made everything simple.

Comfortable base for exploring Málaga and the coast
We used the villa as a home base for daily outings. One day the arena, another day Torremolinos, another spent in the Soho district. Coming back to the pool was always a treat. Bedrooms were comfortable and the en-suite setup made everything easier. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and the dining area fit us all. The team arranged airport transfers for two of our group members, which saved us some planning.

Lovely villa with plenty to do for all ages
We wanted a place where we wouldn’t need to drive much, and this villa ticked that box. The gym and games room meant everyone stayed entertained, and the outdoor seating area became our evening spot. We visited Guadalmar Beach one afternoon and grabbed lunch at a chiringuito nearby. Inside, the living room was big enough for everyone to sit together comfortably. The welcome pack with water and snacks was appreciated after our late arrival.

Great stay for our group of friends and kids
We came as three families and the house worked perfectly. The en-suite bathrooms were a huge plus, no waiting or crowding in the mornings. Kids rotated between the pool and the games room while adults relaxed outside. One evening we walked to Chiringuito Mari Gutiérrez for dinner and it was easy and relaxed. The kitchen was well equipped so breakfasts were simple to prepare. The agency also helped with a couple of questions about the area and responded fast.

Comfortable and fun
The place had everything we needed - gym, pool, big kitchen. We drove to Los Álamos Beach a few times since it was super close. Evenings outside on the terrace were really nice.

Great villa for a big family
We stayed here with kids, teens, and grandparents and everyone had space. The pool was the main hangout and the games room kept the younger ones busy. Walked to a couple of local restaurants too.
