Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was on another level. We were a mix of adults and older teens and everyone found something to enjoy - the gym, the cinema, the tennis court, even the jacuzzi got a lot of use. The master suite is ridiculously big, almost like its own apartment. We tried Besaya Beach one afternoon, just a short walk away, and it became our favourite spot for snacks and sangria. The whole stay felt effortless thanks to the daily cleaning and the calm vibe of the house.

Loved every minute here
We stayed 7 nights and barely left because the house had so much to do. The kids lived in the games room and indoor pool while the adults lounged outside. One morning we walked to Puente Romano for breakfast and explored the promenade. My room had a terrace looking straight at the water, so I ended up drinking my coffee out there every day. The kitchen was fully stocked, easy to cook in, and the outdoor spaces were perfect in the evenings.

Huge villa with everything you could think of
Booked this for a group of 14 celebrating my parents’ anniversary. The property is enormous but super comfortable, and the spa floor became our evening ritual. Some of us used the sauna, others the indoor pool, then we’d all meet at the bar upstairs before dinner. The tennis court was a fun surprise and we used it more than expected. Location couldn’t be better - walking distance to restaurants and the beach, but still quiet enough to relax.

A week we won’t forget
We came as three families and the layout worked perfectly because everyone had their own suite. Mornings started slow on the terrace with the sea right there, then the kids usually ran straight to the outdoor pool. We walked to Marbella Club Beach Club twice for lunch and it was an easy stroll. One night we stayed in and used the cinema room which was honestly better than going out. The staff were really kind and kept things smooth without being intrusive.

Unreal place to stay
We stayed here for a family get-together and honestly the space was wild. Everyone had their own huge room and the gardens felt endless. Being able to walk to the beach in minutes made the whole week super easy.
