The living room provides a serene setting with large sofas, a fireplace and a television, while the dining space sits beside a fully equipped contemporary kitchen fitted with wooden cabinetry and high-spec Siemens appliances. A shaded patio next to the kitchen offers the perfect spot for lunch, alfresco dinners or easy poolside gatherings.
The outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the villa's elevated views. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Every corner of the house had some kind of view, honestly. We mostly stayed outdoors because the terrace was so peaceful. Great option if you want privacy but still be near Marbella.

Peaceful, stylish and super spacious
This villa felt like our own private resort. We used the spa floor almost every day, and the kids loved having their own bunk room. Spent hours on the terrace just enjoying the quiet and the scenery. Quick drives into Marbella for dinners, but most nights we cooked at home because the kitchen was easy to use. Welcome pack with water and snacks was a nice touch after a long travel day.

perfect holiday!!
Came here with friends to celebrate a birthday and the place delivered. Tons of space, huge lounge, and that sunset seating area was incredible. We did a BBQ night and ate outside with those views - honestly didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. A concierge visit on day one helped us figure out a few things around the villa, which was nice. Great base close to golf courses too.

Great mix of wellness and beach time
We chose this villa for the spa level and it didn’t disappoint. Sauna and the heated indoor pool became our evening ritual. During the day we drove down to Puerto Banús for lunch or the beach. Bedrooms were spacious and the big windows made everything feel fresh. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a few times. Smooth booking process and fast replies from the team.

Memorable family holiday
We stayed for a full week with grandparents and kids, and the house worked perfectly for all ages. The lift between floors helped a lot for my mom. Loved having both an outdoor and indoor pool, especially on a windy day. Mornings on the upper terrace with coffee were the highlight. The agency arranged our airport transfer and sent a few restaurant ideas, which made planning super easy. Would definitely book again.

Amazing stay above Marbella
We stayed here with two families and loved the space. Waking up to those mountain and sea views was unreal. Kids used the indoor pool every morning. Quiet area but close enough to get to Puerto Banus fast.
