Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed 10 nights with my family and honestly enjoyed the slower pace here. Mornings were usually a walk into Mijas for pastries, then pool time until lunch. Evenings on the terrace had the nicest breeze and the views were incredible. The welcome pack the team left made arrival so much easier after traveling. Everything in the villa worked smoothly and the whole place felt very new and comfortable.

Lovely stay above Mijas
The place felt modern and peaceful. Enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning. Pool was clean and the loungers were comfy. Perfect reset for us.

Loved the space and the entertainment areas
Came as a group of friends and made full use of the cinema room and pool table. Spent afternoons on the lower terrace in the hanging chairs just chatting. The bedrooms were all pretty equal in size, which helped. Short drive to Los Boliches Beach where we spent a couple of afternoons. Villa felt safe and very peaceful after busy days out.

Perfect week of switching off
We booked this place last minute and were surprised how quiet and private it felt. Most days we just chilled by the infinity pool, then drove into Fuengirola for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the gym downstairs was great for quick morning workouts. The agency answered fast when we asked about extra towels. Loved the mix between modern design and mountain views.

Great stay with family, fantastic layout
Came with my parents and siblings and the villa worked really well for all of us. Bedrooms on the upper level had those long terraces where we sat with coffee before heading into Mijas for lunch. Evenings were usually either a BBQ outside or a movie in the cinema room, which the kids loved. The pool area was peaceful, and the shaded terrace saved us on the really hot days. A good mix of privacy and shared spaces.

Beautiful quiet spot
Spent a week here with friends and loved how calm the whole area was. Waking up to the mountain view right outside the bedroom was amazing. Infinity pool got plenty of sun too.
