Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The agency answered fast before our arrival and check-in was quick. They sent us tips for restaurants and golf, which helped a lot. Loved the patio dining area for slow breakfasts.

Ideal spot for our group getaway
Our group loved the layout of the house, especially the big living room and the different terrace areas. One evening we grilled dinner outside and stayed out chatting until late. Another day we drove to Puerto Banús for a bit of shopping and seaside drinks. The heated pool was used a lot, and the garden felt well kept. It was peaceful, but still close enough to everything we needed.

Great base for exploring the area
We stayed five nights and used the villa as a base to explore Marbella and Benahavís. The kitchen had everything we needed, so breakfasts were always at home, usually outside on the patio. After long days out, we’d come back to the jacuzzi or shoot a few games of pool. The views from the terrace were amazing at sunset. The agency helped arrange a car rental and that made moving around much easier.

Perfect villa for a relaxed family holiday
We visited as a family of six and really enjoyed the mix of space and privacy. The ground-floor rooms were convenient for my parents, and the upstairs master terrace was incredible in the mornings. Most days we used the heated pool and spent evenings on the terrace eating together. One afternoon we walked down to Los Arqueros for lunch. The whole stay felt calm and easy, exactly what we wanted.

Calm place with amazing views
