Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent 10 days here and honestly barely used the car because everything was close. The villa felt fresh and modern, especially the kitchen and living area opening straight to the pool. The annex was perfect for our friends who joined us for a few nights. We also used the agency’s concierge for a dinner reservation and they handled it fast. Great spot if you want a mix of beach time and quiet evenings.

Amazing week with family and grandparents
We stayed as a mixed family group and this house worked brilliantly. My parents took the ground-floor bedroom, while the rest of us used the rooms upstairs with the huge terrace. Mornings were slow and peaceful with coffee outside before heading down to the beach boardwalk. Evenings were usually BBQs. The pool area was the highlight and the view never got old. Felt like a proper holiday home.

Great stay close to the beach
The villa felt clean, bright and modern. We walked to El Oceano one night and it was a short stroll. Kids loved the pool. Nice and relaxed all week.

Lovely villa with great views
Stayed here with my parents and kids and loved waking up to those sea views. The walk to the restaurants was super easy. Spent most afternoons by the pool. Really comfy place.
