Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here for a week with two families and everyone had plenty of room. The upstairs terraces had beautiful sea views, perfect for sunsets. The pool was used daily and the easy steps were great for the kids. We appreciated the five full bathrooms, they made mornings smooth. The villa felt homely and not overly modern, which we actually liked. The agency checked in once before arrival and that was it - simple, friendly and not intrusive. A super relaxing seaside stay.

Perfect place for a relaxing week
We enjoyed the pool, the big garden, and being able to walk straight to the beach. Bedrooms were bright and clean, and having so many bathrooms helped a lot with a large group. Would definitely return.

Relaxed holiday with everything close by
We booked this villa for a chilled family trip and it totally hit the mark. Loved being able to walk to multiple chiringuitos in just a few minutes. The pool was spotless and warm enough even in the early morning. Bedrooms were spread across two floors which gave everyone some privacy. The living room opened right onto the garden, so we spent most evenings outside just talking and listening to the waves. Supermarkets close by and the area felt safe and quiet.

Amazing villa with true beachfront living
We came as a multi-generation group and the villa was perfect for it. The direct beach access was the highlight - the kids went back and forth safely while the adults chilled on the terrace. The outdoor dining table sat all of us comfortably and the sea breeze made every meal feel special. Inside was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The big garden in the back was surprisingly peaceful, great for morning coffee. Couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Great beachfront spot for families
