Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The kids used the pool nonstop while we mostly stayed in the shade chatting. Kitchen was fine for breakfasts and quick meals. Beach access being so close made things easy with little ones. Went for a swim in the mornings, then relaxed by the pool later. Bedrooms were practical and the place felt private enough.

Comfortable stay with a great walking area
We chose this villa because of its location and it really worked. Being able to walk to the marina for a drink or to the beach for a quick swim was a big bonus. We didn’t use the garage much, but parking outside was simple. The pool area was enjoyable and the garden felt well kept. We asked the concierge for a dinner recommendation one night and ended up at Restaurante TEO, which was a good pick. All in all, a straightforward and pleasant stay.

Lovely base for exploring Marbella and beyond
We used the villa mostly as a base. One day we drove to Marbella Old Town, another to the dunes near Elviria. The kitchen had what we needed, and having a grocery store not too far away helped. The agency helped us organise a car rental which made things easier for day trips.

Great for mixing beach days with lazy afternoons
Came with family and everyone found their own rhythm. Some of us went to Cocoa Beach to rent sunbeds while others stayed home by the pool. We cooked a couple of dinners and had one night out at Taj Palace nearby. The house worked well for a bigger group - enough bedrooms, enough bathrooms, no chaos in the mornings. The welcome pack with water and coffee was helpful since we arrived late. The area felt safe and walkable, which we liked a lot.

Relaxed week with plenty to do around
We stayed here with friends and liked that it wasn’t one of those places where you need a car for everything. Most days started with a walk to the beach, then we’d decide if we stayed there or went back to the pool. One evening we tried the chiringuito Las Dunas, pretty laid-back and right on the sand. The villa itself was comfortable, nothing too fancy, but very easy to settle into. We also appreciated the quick answers from the agency when we asked about late check-out.

Good for a group holiday
We liked that we could walk to Cabopino Marina in just a few minutes. Grabbed dinner there twice. The house was simple, clean, and the terrace was nice in the evenings when the breeze picked up.

Nice stay close to the beach
We ended up going to Calahonda Beach almost every day since it was so close. Afternoons were mostly around the pool. Villa had enough room for all of us and the area felt relaxed and easy to get around.
