Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The sea view from the living room was really nice in the mornings. Pool was used most afternoons and the garden felt private enough. Restaurants were close enough to walk to, which helped.

Good choice for a family holiday
We stayed a full week and settled into a routine: beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon, then a walk into town for dinner. Having the garden and shaded areas helped when the sun got strong. We used the BBQ one night and ate outside, which was really nice. The villa felt lived-in in a good way, not too polished or stiff. The kids liked having their own rooms and bathrooms. The area felt safe and everything we needed was close enough to walk to.

Nice place for exploring the area
We used the villa mostly as a base while visiting different towns. One day we went to Mijas Pueblo, another to Fuengirola, and a beach day in La Cala. Coming back in the afternoon to the pool was great. Inside, the living room had enough space for everyone to sit together in the evening. Beds were comfortable enough - nothing fancy, but we slept well. Booking was easy and communication was quick. Overall a practical and pleasant stay.

Felt like a good mix of home comfort and holiday vibe
Stayed here with my parents and my sister’s family. Mornings were slow: coffee on the terrace, kids already in the pool. We usually walked down to the promenade after lunch and grabbed ice cream or sat by the beach. The kitchen had all the basics so we made breakfast and a couple of simple dinners. We didn’t use the jetted bathtub but the showers were good. The neighborhood was quiet at night, exactly what we wanted.

Relaxing stay close to town and the beach
We came as a group of friends and liked that the villa wasn’t isolated - we walked to La Cala a few evenings for dinner and tried a couple of places by the beach. At the house, we spent a lot of time outdoors, either by the pool or sitting on the terrace when it got cooler. Bedrooms were simple and comfortable, and having four bathrooms made things easier in the mornings. The agency messaged us before check-in with a few tips for the area, which was helpful but not overwhelming.

Lovely spot with easy access to everything
We didn’t rent a car and still managed well. Took the short walk to the beach, grabbed breakfast in town, then relaxed by the pool in the afternoons. House was clean and comfortable.

Great for a quiet family break
Kids used the pool nonstop while we mostly sat in the shade reading. We cooked a few dinners and the kitchen was easy to work with. Liked that each room had access to its own bathroom.

Nice base for our week in La Cala
We walked down to town almost every day, it took maybe 10 minutes. Spent mornings on the terrace with coffee, then beach or pool depending on the mood. Villa felt calm and had enough space for all of us.
