Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travelled as two couples and two teens, and the house worked perfectly for everyone. The living area was bright and comfortable, ideal for hanging out after dinner. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen setup was spot-on. The outdoor spaces were honestly the best part - lots of corners to relax, amazing views, and direct access to the sand. The area felt safe, quiet, and not touristy at all. The team handling the booking was helpful but not overbearing, which we appreciated. A wonderful week overall.

Great villa for our family stay

Best beachfront stay we’ve had in costa del sol
We’ve done a lot of coastal rentals, but this villa really stood out. The bedrooms felt like hotel suites and the bathrooms were spotless. The tropical garden around the pool gave so much privacy, and having a daybed outside made afternoons super relaxing. We also used the shared community pool one day just for a change of scenery. The private beach gate was a highlight - we did morning walks almost every day. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, very easy to get around.

Incredible views and a very relaxing vibe
We stayed here for a birthday trip and the house had such a warm, welcoming feel. The sea views from the terraces were unbelievable, especially in the mornings. The heated pool was perfect even on windier days, and we loved having the option to grill outside. Inside, the lounges were huge, so even with eight of us there was plenty of space to spread out. The agency checked in before arrival and everything went smoothly. Estepona old town was just a quick drive away and totally worth visiting.

Perfect villa for a week of sun and quiet
We came as a family of six and the villa fit us perfectly. Loved the open-plan living room with the huge windows - sitting there with the sea right in front felt unreal. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the outdoor bar almost every evening. Direct beach access was amazing, the kids ran in and out safely. Bedrooms were super comfortable and having four bathrooms made everything easy. The area felt peaceful but still close to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing place right by the beach
Loved waking up with the sea right in front of us. The pool was warm, garden super calm, and the outdoor bar was a fun surprise. Bedrooms were huge and comfy. Perfect for a quiet break.
