Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We chose this villa mainly for the location and it really worked for us. Evenings were quiet, usually dinner at home and watching the sunset from the terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was cozy on a cooler night. Having a heated pool option was nice, though we didn’t end up using it. Overall a very relaxed and easy stay.

Great base for exploring Mijas Pueblo
Loved being able to walk to restaurants in just a few minutes. Tried The Village Bistro one night and it was nice. Bedrooms were comfortable and the living room was perfect for relaxing after long days out.

Nice holiday with the family
Kids used the pool and played table tennis downstairs. We enjoyed the garden and the big daybed in the afternoons. The agency helped with a quick airport transfer, which saved time.

Great for a group that wants space and things to do
Stayed here with friends and liked that the house had different corners for everyone: some stayed by the pool, others chilled on the terrace. One afternoon we walked around Mijas Pueblo, visited the little shops, and grabbed ice cream. The downstairs area with the bar and pool table was a fun surprise. Bedrooms were simple and comfortable. The agency helped us book a restaurant one night and gave a few local tips that ended up being spot on.

Relaxing week with a mix of rest and small outings
We spent several mornings just strolling into town for breakfast before exploring different spots along the coast. One day we drove to Carvajal Beach, another day we visited Fuengirola. Coming back to the villa after being out felt nice - plenty of space, and the terrace had a great breeze in the evenings. Didn’t use the sauna but we played a bit of pool downstairs. The welcome pack with snacks and coffee was appreciated after our late flight.

A comfortable stay with plenty to do nearby
We were two families and liked that we could walk everywhere in the village. Some evenings we wandered through the narrow streets, stopped for tapas at Bar Gonzalez, then headed back up to the house. The pool was used mostly in the afternoons when the sun hit it, and the outdoor kitchen made dinners easy. Inside, the living area felt bright and open. We also watched a movie in the cinema room one night. Communication with the agency was simple and helpful.

Peaceful stay near the village
We walked into Mijas Pueblo almost every day for coffee or pastries, super close. Used the pool in the afternoons when it warmed up. The house felt calm and had enough space for all of us without feeling crowded.
