Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Lovely stay with plenty of space and incredible views
We spent most of our time switching between the terraces because each one had a slightly different view of the coast. The infinity pool was used every day and the outdoor dining area was perfect for casual meals. Inside, the kitchen was easy to use and the living room felt welcoming. One afternoon we walked up to the Butterfly Park, then grabbed something to eat nearby before heading back. Check-in was smooth-the concierge quickly showed us around and left us to enjoy the place.

Great place for a group with different plans
We came as a group of friends and everyone ended up doing their own thing at times. Some stayed by the pool all morning, others took short walks into the Pueblo for coffee or a look around the shops. The downstairs level was fun-we used the bar area and played a bit of pool before dinner. Bedrooms were well spaced out and the terraces gave us lots of room to spread out. The agency arranged a restaurant booking for us one night which was a nice touch.

Exactly what we wanted for a quiet week away
We used the villa as our home base and explored a bit of the coast. One day we drove to Benalmádena Marina for lunch, another day we walked through the Pueblo and stopped at a couple of small cafés. At the villa we mostly relaxed-swam, used the jacuzzi, and just sat out enjoying the view. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, and the living area was really comfortable for evenings in. Having parking right there made things easier since we rented a car.

A great mix of comfort, views and nearby things to explore
We stayed here as two families and fell into a nice routine: slow breakfast on the terrace, then deciding between staying by the pool or heading down to the beach. One day we walked to Colomares Castle and spent a while exploring the gardens around it. The house was big enough that everyone had space, and the en-suite bedrooms made mornings easy. The agency checked in before arrival with a few suggestions, which we actually used. Evenings on the terrace were our favorite part.

Great stay for our family
The kids loved the pool and we used the jacuzzi most evenings. Bedrooms were comfortable and having everything en-suite helped a lot. We also visited Colomares Castle since it was so close. Nice, easy-going holiday.

Beautiful views and calm area
We spent a lot of time on the terraces just enjoying the views. Walked into Benalmadena Pueblo a couple of times for dinner and it was an easy stroll. The house felt spacious and comfortable for our group of seven.
