Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of friends and appreciated the amount of space both inside and out. Some mornings we walked to grab coffee and pastries nearby, while others we stayed around the pool. The pergola area was perfect for long meals, and the outdoor kitchen made things easier than expected. We didn’t use the cots but noticed the villa was well prepared for families. The team helped us book a table at Chimichurri Grill one night, which turned out great.

A really comfortable base for exploring the coast
We used the villa as a starting point for small outings. One day Cabopino Beach, another day Miraflores Golf, and one afternoon wandering around La Cala. The house felt homely - plenty of seating inside, reliable Wi-Fi, and a kitchen easy to cook in. Kids loved having their own room and spent most late afternoons in the heated pool. The jacuzzi got used a few evenings too. Booking was simple and communication from the team was friendly and clear.

Lovely stay for our multi-generational holiday
We were three generations traveling together and the layout was ideal. The apartment level was great for my parents, while the rest of us stayed in the main villa. Days usually started slowly with coffee by the pool, then walks toward the beach or just relaxing around the garden. One evening we tried Little India nearby and it was really good. The agency arranged a car rental for us before arrival which helped a lot. The outdoor kitchen became our favorite spot for dinners.

Nice and spacious for a big group
We liked having the apartment level since it gave a bit of privacy. Most afternoons were spent by the pool or just relaxing in the garden. Easy walk to a few restaurants which helped a lot.

Great place for a family trip
