Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The agency sent us some tips before arrival and check-in was quick. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace every morning.

Great mix of comfort and privacy
What we liked most was how spread out the rooms were, so everybody had their own space. We used the downstairs area a lot, especially the pool table and lounge. The garden was well kept and the pool was spotless. One morning we walked to the clubhouse for breakfast, another we cooked at the villa. The whole stay felt easy and comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood made it even better for unwinding.

Amazing setting for a small celebration
We booked the villa to celebrate my sister’s birthday and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The living room was big enough for all of us to gather, and the outdoor dining space made dinners feel really special. One day we drove to Puerto Banús for lunch, another day we stayed home and used the pool area the whole time. The team helped us with a restaurant reservation nearby, which was a nice touch.

Relaxing week with friends
We stayed here with a group of eight and had a lovely, chilled week. Some of us played golf at La Quinta since it was right there, while others just lounged by the pool. Evenings were usually spent on the upper terrace watching the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals, and the downstairs lounge was great for late-night chats. The views from the master suite were honestly worth waking up early for.

Perfect villa for a big family gathering
We came as a large family and really appreciated the layout with so many en-suite rooms. Mornings usually started with coffee on the terrace looking over the golf valley, then the kids would jump straight into the pool. We used the BBQ twice and ate outside until late. The agency arranged a transfer and gave us a few local tips which helped us plan our days. Everyone said it was a great place for spending time together.

Loved the peaceful setting

Great spot for our big family
We stayed here with three generations and it worked so well. Plenty of space, comfy rooms, and the kids loved the pool. We had a couple of relaxed nights on the terrace just chatting and watching the views.
