Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The Sonos system and big TV were great for evenings in. Bedrooms had direct terrace access which was super nice in the mornings. Short drive to Marbella Marina for dinner one night.

Great mix of calm and comfort
We spent most afternoons by the heated pool and loved the views from the terrace. Walked to Koko Beach once for lunch. The villa felt very new and easy to enjoy without overthinking anything.

Great place for a calm week with friends
We used the pool every day since it was heated, and afternoons on the sunbeds were our routine. The kitchen had all the tools for simple meals, so we cooked breakfast and a couple of dinners. One evening we went to Trocadero Arena and enjoyed the walk back. Inside, the villa felt spacious and extremely clean. The team helped arrange a transfer for two people in our group who arrived separately. Really smooth experience from start to finish.

Comfortable and modern villa close to everything
We came as two families and settled in quickly. The living area was perfect for hanging out in the evenings, and the electric blinds were a small detail that actually made things super convenient. Perfect home base for exploring Marbella
The place looked exactly like the photos, very modern and comfortable. We spent a lot of time between the terrace and the pool area, then took short trips to Rio Real Golf and the old town. Having underfloor heating was a pleasant surprise in the cooler evenings. The outdoor furniture was comfortable enough that we stayed outside most nights. Communication with the agency was quick whenever we had a question about the area.

Lovely stay with great amenities and peaceful vibes
We stayed a week and used almost everything: the Sonos, the big TV for a movie night, the BBQ, and of course the pool. One day we walked to Koko Beach, another we drove to Puerto Banús for shopping. The bedrooms were comfortable and the terrace access made mornings feel really special. The villa felt safe, clean and very well cared for. The concierge gave us a few restaurant suggestions that turned out to be great picks. A very easy and enjoyable stay.
